We filled out the survey you sent us but felt a letter was more appropriate. It takes an exceptional service for me to write a letter of appreciation, and the service we recieved from our realtor meets that criteria.
Art McGivern is our Realtor. I say "is" because he is still checking to make sure we are satisfied and any outstanding issues we have are being resolved..
We met Art last fall while we were looking at moving to Eastern Avenue Farms. He helped us find a floor plan that was just what we wanted. He also stayed with us though out the entire process.
At one point we became so frustrated with the building process that we almost walked away from the house. We credit Art for stepping in, getting things back on track and staying on top of everything to see that the house was done on time and to our satisfaction.
